This page explains how orders from MPW Novels LLC are processed, shipped, and returned. It applies to everything sold on mpwnovels.com.
We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for carriers that do not deliver to them. If your order requires a street address, we will email you.
Orders are packed and shipped within [1–3] business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 11AM Central are processed the next business day.
Personalized, signed books may take longer, up to 5 business days, because each one is inscribed by hand. During new releases, holidays, and sales, processing may take a few extra days. If there is a significant delay, we will email you.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. We ship primarily through USPS using [Media Mail, Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail].
Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. We have no control over carrier delays, weather, or service disruptions.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show activity. If tracking has not updated after 7 days, email us at info @ MPWnovels.com and we will look into it.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is in their custody. We will help you open a claim and, where a package is confirmed lost, we will [replace it at no charge / replace it or refund it at our discretion].
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you and reship it once you pay the additional postage. If you would rather cancel, we will refund the product cost but not the original shipping.
If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately at info @ MPWnovels.com. We can usually correct an address before the label is printed.
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by email through [BookFunnel] within minutes of your purchase. There is no shipping charge and no physical delivery.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. That said, we will not leave you stuck with a file you cannot open. If you have trouble downloading, transferring, or reading a file, contact BookFunnel's support from the delivery email or write to us at info @ MPWnovels.com, and we will get it working on your device or refund you if we cannot.
If a physical item is not what you hoped for, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in unread, resalable condition with no marks, creases, or damage.
To start a return, email info @ MPWnovels.com with your order number and what you are returning. Do not send an item back without contacting us first, since returns received without notice can be difficult to match to an order.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective item, in which case we will cover it. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot refund a return we never receive.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to post it.
Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is the result of our error.
Email info @ MPWnovels.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or change an order any time before it ships. Once a label has been created, the order has to run its course and can be handled as a return.

If a release date moves, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local law.
We are a small independent publisher, and a real person reads every message. If something has gone wrong with your order, write to us and we will make it right.
