Some teas need a story. This one just needs to be made.

Lemon Lavender is Charlie Kingsley’s most requested blend — the one her clients ask for by name, the one Nancy keeps stocked at the inn, and the one Charlie reaches for first when someone arrives at her kitchen table looking like they’ve had A Day.

It’s good for anxiety. It’s good for worry. It’s good for the particular kind of stress that comes from living in a small town where nothing is ever quite as simple as it seems. Charlie can’t promise any cures — she’ll be the first to tell you that — but she can tell you she’s never had anyone hand back an empty cup and say it didn’t help.

Bright lemon balm leads, lifting the mood without pushing it. Lavender follows, steady and warm, doing what lavender does best. Lemon verbena rounds it out with a clean, citrusy finish that lingers just long enough to make you want another cup.

It’s not complicated. That’s the point.

Ingredients: Apple pieces, lemon grass, rose hips, lavender, orange, blue cornflowers, natural lemon flavor

Steeping instructions: 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz. Steep in water just off the boil (200°F / 93°C) for 5–7 minutes. Best unsweetened, but a small drizzle of honey is never wrong. (Charlie likes it with a little honey.)

Caffeine: None. Safe to enjoy any time of day.

Size: 3 oz loose leaf tin (approx. 35–40 cups)

“My most popular blend. I’ve lost count of how many tins I’ve sold. It’s good for anxiety and worry — which, in Redemption, means nearly everyone needs it.” — Charlie Kingsley
